Questions before ordering
When does the 12-hour clock start?
When payment is confirmed and we have what we need from you. Custom builds: when you accept the quote.
What if you take longer?
Missed-guarantee policy TBD
How does the free trial work?
Join our Discord and claim it with the code. 5 days, then paused with files kept 7 days.
What does “lifetime support” mean?
Support for as long as you're a customer. On a one-time lifetime server, for the life of that server.
How does call support work?
Open a ticket in Discord. A crew member joins voice, and you can share your screen.
Do I need my own FiveM key?
Yes. It's free from the Cfx.re portal and tied to your account. We are not an official Cfx.re partner.
Can you move my server from another host?
Usually. Tell us what you run and we'll say what's involved before you pay.
How do I pay?
Payment methods TBD
Not sure what you need?
Tell us what you want to play. We'll tell you what it takes.
